Job description: Chat Agent – Digital services campaign

Language: Advanced English

Available schedules: 3:30-11:00pm

 

Training starts: November 19th

Training schedule: 3:30-11:00pm

 

We are looking for Chat agents to support our Telecommunications and digital services campaign.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Advanced written English.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Preferably, more than 6 months of experience in the BPO Industry.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
  • Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit.
  • Robust ability to multitask, utilize multiple tools simultaneously. 
  • Good computer skills (e.g. hardware, operating systems, internet).
